Raw materials

Piduemme purchases raw materials directly from the main European manufacturers for the production of polyethylene film boasting superior technological and quality standards. Our knowledge and expertise in this sector, together with the collaboration with our suppliers, allows us to consistently propose innovative and high performance products to our customers.

STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY

Extruders

Investment and innovation are the solid and sustainable foundations required to keep abreast of constantly evolving market trends. For this reason, Piduemme has 9 modern and technologically cutting-edge extrusion lines for tubes of from 6 cm. to 160 cm. We are able to satisfy all possible demands and produce a wide variety of products tailored to the needs of our customers.

COMPLETE CUSTOMISATION

Printing

In addition to the production of polyethylene films, Piduemme also provides flexographic printing services. The printing process uses a 4-colour printer with a maximum pass of 110 cm.

BAGS, SHEETS AND CLOTHES COVERS

The sealing units

Open top or side-sealed bags, open tubes, pallet cover sheets and clothes covers, also available shaped. The production processes uses 5 sealing machines that can manage products with lengths of up to 3 meters.
